Food is always a celebration, and dining at Paradise Dynasty is a festive experience. With upcoming celebrations such as Easter weekend, graduation occasions, and family reunions this month, we recently discovered this Chinese contemporary dining establishment to add to your dining list.
Paradise Dynasty is where traditional northern and southern Chinese cuisine is reinvented with a modern twist. As one of the restaurants of the esteemed Paradise Group of Singapore, which boasts a total of 15 renowned brands under its umbrella, the group’s impressive journey began in 2010 with the opening of their first restaurant, and has since flourished into a global success story with over 150 establishments across 12 cities worldwide.
Making their way in Manila in 2016, introducing their innovative Chinese cuisine at S Maison Mall in Pasay City, the restaurant recently opened its fourth branch in Greenbelt 5, Makati.
The menu at Paradise Dynasty is a treasure trove of delectable dishes, each meticulously crafted to perfection. It features their signature 8-flavored Xiao Long Bao and is known worldwide as the “World’s first 8-flavored Xiao Long Bao“. The flavors include original, foie gras, black truffle, cheese, crab roe, garlic, Szechuan, and Korean Kimchi.
During our visit to the newest branch at Greenbelt 5, we were treated to a variety of delicious dishes. These included the 8-flavored Xiao Long Bao, Stir-fried Shredded Pork in Black Bean Sauce served with Chinese crepes for wrapping, Crispy fried Crystal Prawns tossed with Salted Egg Yolk, Black Pepper Beef, Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken with Dried Chilies, Grouper with Pine nuts and Fruits, and Fried rice in Yang Zhou style.
A standout dish was the Pork Chop La Mian, featuring crispy marinated pork chop with bone soup and hand-pulled noodles, a satisfying meal on its own. For dessert, we enjoyed the Black Sesame Glutinous Rice Ball served with Ginger soup which also served as a palate cleanser. The dining experience was delightful, with well-balanced flavors.
Paradise Dynasty is located at the 3rd Level of Greenbelt 5. Other branches can be found at SM Aura in BGC Taguig, Podium in Ortigas Center Pasig City, and S’Maison in Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
