INGREDIENTS:
For the marinade:
- 1/2 kg. chicken thigh or breast fillet, sliced
- 2 packs (50 ml.) Sarsaya Liquid Seasoning
- 1-1/2 Tbsps. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
For cooking the dish:
- 4 Tbsps. cooking oil
- 3/4 cup minced onion
- 1-1/2 Tbsps. minced garlic
- 2 cups potatoes, pre-boiled and medium diced
- 1 cup carrots, pre-boiled and medium diced
- 1-1/2 cups yellow corn kernels
- 1 cup Baguio beans, diced
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. iodized salt
- In a bowl, combine chicken, Sarsaya Liquid Seasoning, garlic, and oil. Mix well, then allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, heat oil. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add chicken then cook until golden brown. Add potatoes, carrots, corn, and Baguio beans. Cook for a few minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
